藜麥食譜
1. 藜麥雞肉沙律
材料:
去骨雞扒 1隻
煮熟藜麥 1杯
切粒蕃茄 1個
切粒青瓜 半杯
醬汁:
白芝麻醬 1湯匙
豉油 1湯匙
沙律醬 1湯匙
水 2湯匙
做法:
1. 先用少許鹽、胡椒粉和兩片切碎蒜頭,醃2-3小時。
2. 先煮熟藜麥(以一杯配一杯水,用電飯煲煮最為簡單)
3. 把雞扒煎好,待用。
4. 將雞扒切片放在藜麥上,淋上醬汁即成。
2. 粟米肉碎炒藜麥飯
材料:
煮熟藜麥 1碗
免治豬肉 100克
粟米 半碗
蒜頭 兩片切碎
鹽 1茶匙
糖 1茶匙
豉油 1茶匙
蠔油 2茶匙
做法:
1. 先把豬肉以糖、鹽、豉油醃20分鐘待用,
2. 以中火燒熱油鑊,爆香蒜蓉。
3. 放入豬肉炒熟,再加入粟米、藜麥炒勻,最後加入蠔油再炒匀,即可上碟。
3. 藜麥生果乳酪
材料:
煮熟藜麥 適量
喜愛水果 適量切粒
原味乳酪 1 杯
蜂蜜/糖漿 少許
做法:
將煮熟冷卻後的藜麥鋪上水果和乳酪,適量加入蜂蜜/糖漿即可享用。

Cooking Instructions:

Combine 1/2 cup truRoots Quinoa with 1 cup water or broth (燉湯) in a pot.

Bring to a boil

Turn heat on low, cover and cook for 15 minutes.

Let cool for 5 minutes, fluff (抖鬆) with fork and serve.
